there have been some concerns about people not receiving their prizes, i myself have not received 6 prizes. i am not sure if there are reviews about club.live, if there are i would be interested to see what others have said about it.

What is the deal with this LIVE SEARCH CLUB? Since ordering an item I have not been able to play. Cannot access the games? Any answers?

It never works. It will work fine one day, and then nothing for weeks. That site sucks. I liked the games too, but it wasn’t worth the hassle.

I enjoy the games, but it is sometimes impossible to access the website, and once you do, it is very difficult to move around in. Of all “people”, couldn’t MSN improve this? I’ve also heard that they don’t dispense the prizes when requested. MSN? Scamming? Doesn’t Bill Gates have enough money?

I’ve been playing LiveSearch since last year, and have gotten several prizes:

    Wireless headphones for the PC
    LiveChat Headphones
    Samsung 34x Camcorder
    MS 30GB Zune
    Flash Memory Stick
    LiveChat Videocamera

No problem getting the prizes and they are all shipped via FedEx free of charge.

Live Search Club games are awesome! I’ve been playing (legally) since Oct. 2007 and have received about $1,200 in prizes to date, probably a conservative figure based on the research I’ve done on comparison shopping sites. The larger prizes I have won and received are the Samsung camcorder, Magellan GPS, and Roomba. I have also gotten both web cams, the chat headset, a T-shirt (nice quality), and a deck of cards (no full decks in our house, so what the heck — it’s free!). I have a copy of Vista on order as well as some music downloads and a magazine subscription. All free — even shipping charges!

That being said, it hasn’t always been easy. I’ve had to follow-up a few times on some of the items and it has been somewhat frustrating to receive canned email responses that don’t address my specific questions. That seems to have improved a bit lately, but slow communication still prevails so patience is an absolute necessity. For the most part, I did receive my items within the 12 week parameter, give or take.

All in all, it’s still a great deal. Once I received my first “big” prize, I was addicted. Sometimes on the weekends I spend several hours a day playing the games, mostly because I work and don’t get a chance to play much during the week. The three “big” items I won are little luxuries that I could not otherwise have justified spending my money on. They are all really nice, but I especially love the GPS — I don’t know how I ever got around without it.

    Good luck!

I’ve only been a member about a month and have recieved 3 prizes so far 2 wireless laser desktops and working on Vista Ultimate. Prizes arrive quickly (still waiting on my download prizes) but all others have arrived much faster than the 6-8 weeks that the site states. I only wish I would have found the site sooner.

I have tried to redeem my points for a Zune 30 GB however, my address is not listed at the USPS for some reason so I can’t get the prize because my address is accepted. It truly makes no sense as it is a real address. I have received other items here with no problems. How can I resolve this. Does anybody have a clue? Thanks.

I have not had a problem at all with this site. The games all work fine every time I try to play, and I have received every prize I sent for a week later.

I have gotten Project Gotham Racing 3 and Blue Dragon for XBox 360 so far.

Been playing for about a year now and got tons of prizes, won 3 kitchenaid mixers and received them, and lots of other smaller prizes, tshirts, mugs, etc. Got em all. Lately though they have been a bit slower at getting the prizes out, when I first started playing I got my first prizes within a couple weeks of ordering, now its more like a couple months. Good luck all, hope ya win!

In trying to redeem my tickets, Live Search doesn’t accept my address as being valid. It sent me to “http://zip4.usps.com/zip4/welcome.jsps” to make sure my address valid with the US Postal Services and yes, it is valid.

Tried to submit a complaint to their CUSTOMER SERVICE link and get a “Offensive Language: No bad language on the Live Search Club site. Try entering something cleaner!” error each time I put my name, city, or email in the Feedback box.

I even tried putting space between the letters of my name, city and email and still get the “Offensive Language” error.

I tried several different days just in case the site was down or being updated or something and still got the same errors.

I see that several people have said they ‘received’ items……and believed it until I saw the person who received received about $1,200 in prizes and the one who has received 2 wireless laser desktops … now I’m beginning to think it’s a scam.

No money paid out, so no loss of anything but time……..which was spent playing games anyway.

i was wondering how some of you got more than one item when it says you can only get one item per address is it possible to send an item to another address without them knowing its you.
i am trying to with the zune at 23,000 now so about two weeks left. oh and has anyone gotten the flyer miles i was wondering how do u set up a account since that the only way u can receive them.

I love playing these games and have always had great results with the site. I have received all the prizes I won and loved them. This a great way to learn and have fun at the same time and get some cool prizes. The arrival time is a little long but that is understandable knowing how many people are playing and requesting prizes. Hey free prizes are great even if you have to wait for them! Thanks for making games fun and profitable with cool free prizes!!
