I sent 3 blackberry’s to TradeMyCell.com on October 3,2007 they recieved them (have the FedEx confirmation page to prove it). Joe Mahoney (owner of TMC) did reply to one of my emails and promised I would have the money first thing next week.. Then I heard nothing, no one would answer the phone nor respond to my emails. Then out of the blue in December I received an email asking if I wanted TradeMyCell to turn my phone into cash.. I replied adn once again received an email from Joe saying that they had new managers now and in the exchanging of hands I got lost in the mix..Here it is April 3, 2008, 6 MONTHS after they received my phones and I still have no $ nor will they call or email me back. So much for their 15 day guarantee!
As a side note, the 2 8300’s were brand new never been used, just couldn’t return them back to AT&T cause it was past the 30 days…. The other BB was used and shipped with out a battery by mistake. I was not expecting any money for that phone. I DO NOT recomend TradeMyCell.com
